Tell us what you need tested

You do not need a finished scope to talk to us. Most useful conversations start with a rough description of the estate and a deadline. We will tell you what testing is actually warranted — including when it is less than you were expecting.

Placeholder contact details

Replace these before launch. The addresses and number above are placeholders — no real mailbox is behind them. Send me the real ones and I will wire them in, including the registered office address the footer needs.

Response times

  • Quote requests — two working days, usually sooner. We will ask scoping questions before quoting rather than guessing.
  • Scoping questions — same or next working day. No obligation and no sales sequence attached.
  • Vulnerability reports — within one working day. See our disclosure policy.
  • Active incident — call rather than email. We will tell you honestly if incident response is outside what we can help with.

A company address helps us verify who we are talking to.

We do not add enquirers to a mailing list.

Common questions

Before you write

Can you quote without knowing the full scope?

We can give an indicative range from a rough description — number of applications, roles, and whether testing is authenticated. A firm fixed price needs a short scoping call, usually thirty minutes. We do not charge for scoping.

How far ahead do we need to book?

Typically two to four weeks for a standard engagement. Tell us your deadline early — if it is an audit date, working backwards from it changes what we recommend, because you need time to remediate and retest before the assessor arrives.

Will you sign our NDA?

Yes, routinely, and we can send ours if you would rather work from a standard. Either way it is signed before scope details are exchanged.

Do you work outside the UK?

Yes. Testing is remote by default, so location is rarely a constraint. Where a framework requires a locally accredited provider, we will say so rather than take work we are not the right fit for. Onsite internal testing is available and quoted separately.

Take a free verified finding on one scoped target instead. Same evidence standard as a paid engagement, no sales call first.
